Supply meets demand
Our 2024 annual report shows: The ZVB's scheduled services have been significantly expanded with the 2024 timetable - by a full 7 percent. For the public, this means More and better travel chains and more closely timed connections. Following initial experience, individual connection chains have been further optimized.
The new service meets customers' wishes and has been used extensively. This is reflected in an increase in frequencies of around 6 percent compared to the previous year, particularly on the lines that have been expanded. We can say that the service has met demand.
Growth in services always means growth internally. Accordingly, the workforce was increased by 22 people from 415 to 437 and the fleet was expanded by six vehicles.
