Gen Alpha pays a visit
On Future Day, our focus is on the kids. Questions, puzzles and taking a seat behind the wheel. Where possible, we also integrate children with disabilities.
What we stand for

We help to reduce non-occupational accidents with prevention campaigns. We keep occupational accidents low and operate an active occupational health management system.

We invest in the future and contribute generously to training and further education costs. We offer attractive apprenticeships in various professions and also train adults to become bus drivers.

From wooden spoon to steering wheel
Before: restaurateur, salesperson, banker or graphic designer. After: bus driver. We train adults on an ongoing basis, including as a lateral entry and part-time model.

We are actively committed to the development of our employees and promote their professional, social and personal skills. ZVB attaches great importance to both training and further education.

Rethinking corporate mobility
Out of the comfort zone and into the test phase: we are trying out new ways of commuting. Bicycles, e-scooters and e-bikes are available to our employees for this purpose. Because if you take the first bus, you can't take public transport.
