Zwei junge Mitarbeitende der ZVB im Büro

Investing in the future

We are actively committed to the development of our employees and promote their professional, social and personal skills. ZVB attaches great importance to both training and further education.

Training and further education

ZVB positions itself as an attractive employer that promotes its employees in a targeted manner and thus strengthens them for current and future requirements. For this reason, ZVB contributes generously to the costs of training and further education. With this commitment, we make a significant contribution both to the innovative strength of the company and to the sustainable development of our employees.

Vocational training as a foundation

Vocational training is a high priority at ZVB. Young people receive sound and practice-oriented training in various apprenticeships. Competent support is guaranteed throughout the entire apprenticeship period - with or without an association partner. In addition, the ZVB covers the costs of 30 driving lessons for the truck test for workshop apprentices.

Entry opportunities in the driving service

The ZVB offers part-time and full-time positions (40-100%) for career changers, re-entrants and career changers. Comprehensive training to become a regular bus driver takes place within three months.

CZV further training

Continuous further training in accordance with the Chauffeur Licensing Ordinance (CZV) is a central component of the job description. Our internal training team conducts an annual training course tailored to the needs of the ZVB. Thanks to annually changing course content and defined learning objectives, it is ensured that every skill is regularly covered.
