Customer satisfaction survey 2025
From August 18 to October 19, 2025, we are conducting a survey on service quality and customer satisfaction in public transport together with the Lucerne Transport Association and the cantons of Uri, Obwalden and Nidwalden. The aim of the survey is to find out how satisfied our passengers are with the public transport service and our services and where there is room for improvement.
We look forward to receiving a lot of feedback so that we can continue to develop in line with customer needs. The results of the survey will follow in 2026.
